PracticeAlly provides a SaaS platform for music teachers to manage their studios, track student practice, communicate with parents, and process payments automatically. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) according to the plan you select. All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund.
You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
PracticeAlly and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PracticeAlly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You maintain full ownership of all student data you enter into PracticeAlly. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from students or their parents to use our service. We treat all student data in accordance with our strict Privacy Policy.
In no event shall PracticeAlly, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
